Cabin Secret Mickey!

If its what I am thinking of,(just the way you phrased your question) most, if not all cabins, have hidden Mickey(s) in them. For example, on the Magic and Wonder, the edge of the lights besides the beds, have Mickey shapes, cut into the borders. Theres probably over 50 hidden on each,the Magic and Wonder, and I dont see that changing with the Dream and Fantasy.

Hidden Mickeys, have been around for a long time,origianting in the parks, and it has evolved into a game of sorts for alot of people to find as many as they can. Theres several books(I just bought my son a copy of the book for CC and the Magic class ships) out that list where in each park they have been seen, and you can assign points for difficulty levels. For example. The Mickey icons on the stacks may be worth 1 point since you can see them from literally miles away. The one hidden in the chandeliers in the atriums of the Magic and Wonder might be worth say 3 or 4 points, since you have to look almost right at them to see them.

Try this link. It shows where most hms are in the workd and on the ships. just keep in mind that the number of hms, can change at a moments notice, due to maintanance etc.

I'm thinking the OP is referring to a Secret Mickey gift exchange, similiar to a Secret Santa exchange. If that's the case you would just exchange gifts secretly with other cruisers from your meets thread and that info would be found in the meets thread for your particular sailing.

Id never heard of the Secret Mickey until now. I wasnt sure. For every 1 term on theses boards, theres several others for the same thing.

I have no experience with it, I've only read about the Secret Mickey exchanges on here. You might want to ask on your meets thread about it.

I've never participated in one, only read about it on here. Seems like some of the meets threads come up with some pretty clever terms in order to exchange more gifts/goodies.

My next cruise they are doing the FE Exchange, the secret Mickey and a candyswap. People really like to give and receive things.

I'm guessing with the FE, everyone is assigned one specific day, but gives a gift to everyone on the exchange list. With secret Mickey, you would only have one person assigned to you, and you would give them an anonymous gift every day. On the last day, your secret Mickey would be revealed. At least that's how we've done secret Santa at work.

We've never assigned days for the FE. You really don't know when you are going to have a free hour or two on the cruise, and might end up breaking it up into two days to deliver to everyone.

The secret Mickey on a past cruise was organized so the person running it sent out a set of questions that helped to find out what you would really enjoy. They matched up names so that each person was assigned to one other person. The price limit was set. The group meets up and brings their gifts tagged for the person they are for at some point. They can give smaller gifts before the meeting. That is when it is revealed who your secret Mickey is.
