Are there refrigerators in the rooms? And if yes, do they have a freezer compatment?

There are mini-fridge size "coolers", not technically true refrigerators. They don't freeze.

Depends on which ship you sail on. The Classic ships (Magic/Wonder) only have cooler boxes, though there are a limited number of real fridges for medical needs. The new ships (Dream/Fantasy) have actual fridges but there is no freezer compartment. They are cold enough though that people have reported liquids freezing in them.

We stashed our water in the cooler and it was so cold in there, in the third day all the water was frozen. It has no freezer but is very cold in there.
