I was noticing that some of the cabins on the deck plans are not listed in the passporter. These include 7063 and 7563 and the other 4 rooms with them. I know that the passporter says there are some inaccuracies in the DCL brochures but since we're booked in one of those cabins, I was wondering if anyone else knew about these cabins.

Gosh, Dean. I expected you to be in 8030 or 8530. :)

Seriously, I have various DCL brochures from before the first sailing in 1998 up until last year's brochure. They all show 7063, 7065, 7067, 7563, 7565 and 7567.

I don't think DCL would publish deck plans with these rooms year after year if they were inaccurate. And they wouldn't book passengers into staterooms that don't exist.

On the other hand, there have been numerous postings on this board about inaccuracies in Passporter's information about which rooms hold how many passengers.

You might want to report it to Passporter so that they can fix it in the next edition.

Thanks Werner. As for our cabins, I could never afford those suites. Besides we don't spend a lot of time in the cabin except to sleep and shower. I'll report to the passporter about the discrepancies.

Yes, we have had others notice the Passporter missing some cabins too. I am sure they will appreciate the notification. :)

If you go to the Passporter's website you can download a update for the staterooms it will replace pages 74 and 75 of your book. The cabins you listed are there.

Over on the DVC board, Dean has a well-earned reputation as a timeshare expert. He knows all about the finest timeshare resorts and how to stay at them through different types of exchanges. Dean and his family are accustomed to staying in spacious suites in places like Hilton Head Island and Hawaii. That was the reason I made the remark about 8030 or 8530.

But I agree with Dean that on the Disney Magic, you really don't need a suite.

Werner, if you figure out a way to trade one of my timeshares for a DCL cruise, let me know. LOL.
