cabin 6078 on the wonder

This will be our first cruise on DCL. My DH and I will be travelling without our DS who is in now in college. I've read alot of your comments about travelling without kids and I truly believe we will have a GREAT time...... Our cabin is 6078 is it noisy? also doing the romantic package (looking forward to the couples massage)

We will be celebrating our 22 yrs of marriage this October so this is a early anniversary gift for us.

First off congrats on 22 years! Thats great! We were just in room 6036 and loved it! Real close to the elevators, and quiet!

We were in 6076 on the Wonder in Feb and it wasn't noisy at all. We loved the location and re-booked for next Feb ....but couldn't get the exact room again so we picked 6082 a few doors down.

This is mid-ship and very convenient to steps and elevators.

WE have been in both 6092 and 6054, which are in the general area. Both were great.

We stayed in this cabin March 2003 and loved it. It was our first time on DCL and we loved it. We have since stayed in other areas of the ship. It was very close the the mid-ship elevators and very quiet (except for little ones running down the hall).

We were in 6083 on our first cruise, and 6085 on our second. The location is great, it's very quiet, not too far from the elevator, not too far from the laundry room (I had to iron something), it's in the center of the ship so there isn't too much motion. On our cruise last December, all of those rooms were booked, so we'll have to keep trying to get them again!

It's a great reason to cruise again.

we were in 6078 last sept .. not noisy , but we were up graded the 2nd night because the room was full of fuel smell when we returned from dinner .. we were moved to a room with a verhanda!

Room 6078 had a verandah also.....................so it really wasn't an upgrade when they moved you.
