I tried searching and haven’t seen an update since November. How is Cabanas doing on the Dream? Still incredibly limited for breakfast/lunch? Has it opened for dinner yet? I was on board mid-September so I’m wondering if anything has changed since then.

Not open for dinner on Wonder this past week. Spoke to head server and he says expects it to be closed until capacity increases as they can’t staff for dinner in there.

The outside fast food outlets are open until later at night but not Cabanas.

What is Cabanas looking like these days for breakfast?

A bit disappointing. Each station had basically three sets of serving tables with meats/eggs, pancakes/waffles, and donuts. Repeated about 6 times around the galley area. Separate serving area with fruit, sliced meat, milk and cereal. And there is one station doing omelets. The guides send you to one of these stations to keep people separated, but all the stations had the same food. Except one station had our dining room waiter behind the counter - got a LOT of food there. Celebrity and Royal both had six or seven different stations with different types of food at each station. Good food, just not a lot of variety.

I was on Royal over Christmas (Mariner) and it’s true Windjammer had FAR more variety than DCL and it WAS tasty. But I wouldn’t step foot back there for a long, long time. It. Was. Packed. Chaotic. None of the tables had been removed (maybe they had, but it was still packed). Lines everywhere. No one masked. Not a fan.

Was wondering if Cabanas has opened for their table service dinner on any of the ships yet? DH and I prefer having dinner in cabanas over the main dining rooms. We will be sailing on the Magic in October out of NY and hoping they have gone back to a Cabanas table service dinner option again.

You might be better off starting a new thread, but I believe that I read that it’s back to normal.
