Cabanas/Ice Cream area Disney Dream

Hi All, we are sailing on the Dream in January and staying on Deck 11 forward. We have been on the Dream in the past but only stayed on 12. both my kids are big fans of the "free" ice cream so wondering the best way to get there from Deck 11 forward. From the deck plans it appears that once you walk out of the deck 11 forward doors it places you in the middle of the Quiet Cove?

not sure how to delete this post so please ignore. it looks like they have to walk up the stairs then down the stairs. What a ridiculous layout for families staying on deck 11 forward.

Ive been on the Dream twice and I stay on deck 8 forward and use the forward elevators a lot. On both cruises, families were walking through the adult area, past the adult pool and Cove Cafe without a care.

I did appreciate those families who were conscious of their kids being in the adult area and were hustling them through and saying come this way, quick , this is a no kids area.

Not all people were that considerate and didnt care and brought their kids in Cove Cafe and on the adult lounges.

You just walk towards the front elevators, go through the doors to outside. This is the adults only area . Go down the right side heading towards back of the ship, you cross over to all age areas that where the ice cream station is. The pool food is on the other side. There also drink stations on each side of the pool. They will have some different flavors depending on what side you are on.

I have never been on Dream but done the Fantasy twice.
