Cabanas at Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Has anyone used a cabana while at WBC? Can you call to reserve one before you're checked in. Does anything come with one? Thanks for any info.

You should call, but I think you have to be there to reserve. When we were there a few weeks ago, there looked like it had a fridge and some chairs. Not sure what else. (small fridge).

They looked cute and nice, but I imagine it's HOT in there.

We reserved one ahead of time. They are definitely worth the money if you are hanging out at the resort all day. We had one at the pool by building 6 and it was nice to not care how crowded to pool area got. Also they are SO much cooler than being outside, there is a fan. Not hot at all. There is a tv there and a safe in there too btw.

What is the cost of renting one of these? Are they easily available or is it hard to book one?

The cabanas are nice. They usually rent for 50, but in off season 25. I think it depends on how busy theyr are. We have rented these, but this year rented one at Wyndham hotel (we were in building 5 so it was not far). The hotel cabanas were 25 and they were lovely.

We are booked for our first stay at WBC Sept 22 - Oct 2....just DH and me on this trip so I'm thinking a cabana sounds lovely for a couple of romantic days of R and R. Can anyone tell me how far in advance you can book the cabanas? I'd like to book in advance so I know we have one. I have booked through Vacation Strategy so I don"t know of that affects being able to book cabanas in advance??

Love the DIS boards. Have learned sooooo much here. I love doing my Disney research....its my favorite pass-time!!

We were at WBC this past September and we booked one near the bar and lazy river the same day. $50.00 on a Sunday. we loved it. there were several available.

I booked 2 per day for multiple days during the first week of April. There were still plenty available when I called about a month in advance. When u reserve, you need to be connected to the activity desk at tower 6. That is where the scheduling book is located.
