Cabana question

I notice that for our cruise, there is no Family Cabana listed either as available or sold out for #13 and #16. Is there a reason those would not be noted under Port Adventures? Just wondering. (no pun intended)

There is not a Cabana #13, and Disney holds Cabana 16 back for a variety of possible reasons.
