Cabana Bar & Grill

Anybody eaten at the Cabana Bar & Grill? Thoughts? Thinking about eating here for dinner one evening (we won't be on DDP) and it looks like a relaxing spot for a simple and light meal. TIA!

We had lunch there on our last visit and your observations are spot on. We very much enjoyed our sandwiches and the casual atmosphere of the cabana. I believe we ordered the Cuban steak sandwich and the grilled chicken BLT. We each had half of each sandwich and both were wonderful. Another man sitting a few seats down from us ordered a flatbread and said that it was very good as well. I think they also have some good seasonal offerings, especially if you're there in the spring or summer.

DH and I had a light lunch in Feb. We were going for drinks (do not get the pina coladas as they are a slurpie style and taste horrible - the mango daquiries are excellent though). I realized I forgot to each lunch so we shared the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The chicken was nothing to get excited about but the fries were amazing. The table over from us had burgers and sandwiches and they looked delish

We are thinking of going back there next month for our arrival day lunch. It is a nice place to sit and chill out and have a cocktail.

I totally agree! I had a strawberry daiquiri and it was so disappointing. Way too thick and frozen. I think my SO had the Beach Blonde ale, which was nice. Next time I'll stick to regular cocktails and stay away from the slurpee machine stuff.

We had a very nice lunch here last August. The crab spring rolls very great! The steak and cheese sandwich was good too. I think my son had a crab cake that he liked too.

We thought it was an incredibly pleasant place to eat, especially on a good weather day. It's poolside and on the day we were there it was comfortable temperatures and sunny, really nice. The steak sandwich was very good and the burger was delicious. And those waffle fries were great!

We happened to stumble across this place a few years back when we were staying at the Boardwalk. We were pleasantly suprised by the atmosphere and quality of the food. The menu has changed a bit since we first went, but we still make a point to eat there once every trip.
