I'm going to WDW in Feb with my little sis and 1 y.o. niece. It has been a long, long time since I have been to Disney with a baby. I honestly forgot about the naps, highchairs, routines, early dinners, character meets, etc.... Aunt Ang is a bad, bad aunt! :sad2:
It would be so much easier if we could take a cab or towncar to some of our meals. For instance, on the night we arrive we will go from POFQ to the BC for dinner. Do cabs usually have carseats available? I want her to be safe in a cab, and my sister is not bringing a carseat on the plane. It would be so much easier to take a cab than to make multiple stops to get to our destination via busses or bus/boat.
Anybody know about this?

Just talk with the cm's who are stationed at the bell desk outside the resort; they can call you the cabs you need and can specify that you need a car seat. Not every cab has car seats, but all the companies have the ability to send a specially equipped cab. Just check in with plenty of time (30 to 40 minutes?) before you need the cab to arrive.

Thanks bleeps! I've only taken a towncar from the Dolphin to AKL and that was years ago. My kids are older and we go with the flow.
I have another question for anyone. It seems to me that I should tip the person who calls the cab for me, as well as the driver. Is this the norm and what amount? Sometimes I get a little tip happy according to DH, but I don't want to skip anyone I should have tipped.
