Cab Question

I'm doing a solo trip and staying at Disney. I love shopping so want to visit premium outlets,florida mall, etc., etc., as I won't be driving I will need a cab - can anyone advise if it is safe for a lone female to use a cab?

It's sfe, but it's going to be very expensive! Probably $15+ to get to the premium outlets, I'd imagine FL Mall will be $30--those are one way without tip. More if there's bad traffic. You really might want to think about a car rental.
