cab from theme parks to WWOS?

DH and I are leaving for WDW on Saturday. We have tickets for two Braves spring training games, and we won't have a car. There seems to be some confusion over whether the bus service from DHS to WWOS is still operational, although I know it is supposed to have been discontinued and moved to the all star resorts and Caribbean Beach. At any rate, we're thinking a cab might be a good option, since we aren't sure where we'll be just before game time. I've never paid any attention to cab service before. Are there cab stands in each theme park parking lot? What would be an approximation of the cost of a cab ride from a theme park to WWOS? Since I practically never ride in a cab, what is an acceptable tip? Thanks for any help.
