Cab fare from WDW to Orlando Airport?

Our son has to fly back a day earlier than the rest of us. He has a 2:30 flight, which means ME will be at about 11:30, which means leaving the park by 10:30 to get back to the resort. Hardly worth going to the park that day! But, IF he can get a cab from the park, we think he can grab a cab at around 12:30, buying him 2 hours. So, the question(s) are: 1) Can you get a cab at a park entrance? and 2) How much is this going to cost?

Plan on it costing about $50-60 one-way, plus tip.

PP is correct, it is very costly. Can't you have a nice breakfast w/your son and then head to the park after he leaves?

Well, he'll have a ticket for a park that day anyway. We may just be able to ride TSM and RnRC and send him off. At least DHS is the closest park to POP. I think $50 is too much! Thanks anyway!
