Have you guys heard of this? Have you used it before? I think it would be a great way to stay on budget for a trip, but I am wondering what the fee's are? Here is a link if you have no idea what I am talking about.
Travel Visa by CAA
I am looking forward to hearing your opinions.. if anyone would know about this it is you guys! :sunny:

Thanks!

I don't know the exact fees, but there is a fee for every time you use it, or at least that is what the CAA agent told me when I asked about it for my last trip. I thought it would be better than TC, but I hate paying extra unneeded fees, so went with the TC instead.

We just started to sell this product in the middle of November...previously it was a card that just worked like an ATM card.

When I get to work tomorrow I will look up the exact fees and post the info.

It is also great for people who can't get cc's for whatever reason and want to still be able to make hotel ressies and shop online.

That would be great to see what the fees are, I appreciate it!

Okay, here are the details...

It is 7.95 to purchase the card, which includes your first loading of funds. (min $250 Cdn, max. $9000). There is no fee for each purchase, and a $3 ATM withdrawal fee. You can get balance free online or .75 at ATM or by phone. Like other credit cards there is a foreign exchange mark up of 5%.

ANy questions let me know.
