I was calling to make NYE dinner ADRs from my visiting DM (82), DD (9) and myself this year - we usually stay in on NYE, but decided dinner out (not in a park) and maybe seeing some fireworks would be nice... .lightbulb - CA Grille - a nice splurge for the evening.
Why yes we have a table for three, however, we are having a special 3 hour event with DJ, characters etc, .... (hmmm sound cool I say - but mom and a DJ - not know... ) then she drops the price $425 (I think a table??????) NO - a PERSON!
Yikes - we are going to do Cape May Cafe for the clam bake.... DD loves it there, my mom will enjoy it and maybe we can catch Illuminations from the bridge after an early 6pm dinner!!!!
Wow - it sounds like it would be a blast though... I think I might start saving for next NYE for DD and I!
