Bye... Off to the West Coast!

All ready and packed now for our flight to San Francisco tomorrow Then its three weeks on the West Coast
Stopping in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Barstow, Grand Canyon and finally Las Vegas. Can not wait to see this lovely area again and show DH the Grand Canyon for his first visit

If you're visiting Heavenly, and you want a nice tepanyaki (sp!), go over the Nevada state line (on the main road in Heavenly), past all the casino hotels (you can't miss em!) and it's up on the right hand side nr Safeways. Fantastic.

Also, for some nice touristy bits and bobs, pop into Lakeside Landings opposite the Heavenly Gondola.

Oh - and get up on that gondola, the views are just stunning.

And all those things in San Fransisco, too - wish we were going back now.
