Bye-Bye Toontown?

Just saw this a couple days ago and wanted to get others thoughts: http://www.****************.com/fea...lands-confirmed-or-rumored-disney-theme-parks It's #7. Personally I'm hoping they don't tear down Toontown and BTR for this; we like the park just the way it is.
