finally, that thing is in the way. they should put it back somewhere else in my opinion as your pictures only have the tree in it and you can't really take a good main street photo with it there.

A lot of people want the tree in their pictures. I think it's fine where it is. It's not like it's up for four months.

Maybe it will be done in stages.

Epcot was in transition on Friday. The big tree was gone but there were still a few poinsettia towers in Future World. And the World Showcase was still decorated.
I guess Tinkerbell's magic doesn't work on Christmas decorations.

Epcot's big tree has been gone since New Year's Eve.

A section of the lights burned out last night. It's time for it to be put away till next Christmas.

Epcot's big tree has been gone since New Year's Eve.

The tree was actually gone before New Years Eve in EPCOT. My Dad and I were there December 29th, and my Dad noticed the tree was gone. I found that surprising since the Holidays Around the World wasn't over yet.

Yeah they take it down there because of the New Years fireworks crowds.
