When looking at a map of Boardwalk, where are the villa's located? Which side?

Seriously, the villas are closest to MGM, on your left if you are at the valet, on your right if you are getting off the Friendship boats

Thank you. We have walked there from MGM before, so we must have walked right past them along the waterway...

On one-side of the lake is Yacht & Beach Club. On the other side of the lake is the Boardwalk Inn and Boardwalk Villas. On one end of the lake you are headed toward Epcot -- on the other end you are at the Swan and Dolphin.

At the Boardwalk Resort -- the Boarwalk Inn is the area painted in white closest to Epcot. The Boarwalk Villas are primarily red and are closer to MGM/the Swan.

Ooops -- just saw that you knew where the Boardwalk was located. Red for Villas/White for Inn should help you visualize. The ESPN Club is on the Inn side -- the store is on the Villa side.
