what's better to waitlist a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom at BWV

But at BWV, there aren't any dedicated two bedrooms, just lockoffs (a one bedroom and a studio). So it should be a moot point.

We have had luck with waitlists coming through for 1 bedrooms, but have never gotten two bedrooms.

I have always wondered how "they" decide when to split a room into a 1 bedroom and a studio for rental and when to keep it as a 2 bedroom. I don't ever remember reading anything definitive on these boards (of course I could have missed it).

Studios alway go 1st, so IMO, you'de have better luck with a 1BR!

But at BWV, most of the studios connect to a one bedroom to make a two bedroom. No dedicated two bedrooms there. And they do have dedicated studios.

Yes, but they "break up" some of the two bedroom lock offs to meet the studio demand. Every time they do. there is a 1 bedroom available.

I think the chances of getting a 1 bedroom are greater than getting a two bedroom, due to the difference in demand. That said, when you are waitlisted, you just never know what someone may cancel.

Me, neither. DOn't think you missed anything. :) Doubt anyone but DVC knows the "formula" they use to decide how many 2 bedrooms should be used as a 1 bedroom and a studio.

I do know (because more than one MS CM volunteered the info to me) that they always reserve the dedicated units first. As most know, BWV does have dedicated studios and dedicated 1 bedrooms, but all 2 bedrooms are lock offs.

That's what I meant, if all of the studios are taken than the waitlist for a 2br is that much longer!
