BWV vs Dolphin...again!

So far I've gone from Swan to Pop, to Dolphin, to BWV, and now back to Dolphin. Thing is we still have our BWV reservation and I can't make up my mind. As I see it there are a couple issues. One is ME. We have a lot of medical "stuff" we carry with us. Over doubles our luggage amount (total of 4 large suitcases, large rolling cooler, and carry ons.). My daughter also has her wheelchair, but can transfer fine and walk short distances. Anyway, all of that makes ME factor in more than the "you could get a town car" argument because we would never fit and her chair does not fold. We could, though, rent a van service or use Mears. There is the 2 beds at Dolphin vs a bed and the sofa bed at BWV. The other big difference (maybe, maybe not) is the level of customer service. Typically we get about 4-5 deliveries fed ex overnight of meds etc from our pharmacy here in Wisconsin. We also will get oxygen delivered, but that is a one time thing. I've not been overly impressed by my communication with the Dolphin on their ability to handle this efficiently and they are not willing to waive the fee for delivery so $12/box would be charged. That is OK, policy is policy, it was more their attitude about it. So then it comes down to cost. If you add transportation, resort fee, and box delivery there is an $800 difference. I'm going with a friend who is helping me with my daughters care so my portion is half that. We will be there 10 nights so $40 apiece per night is the difference.

Any thoughts? This stay at BWV is a cash stay through Disney as it was cheaper than BWI which is my dream resort so it was as close as I could get to that dream, BUT the $$ has me thinking. I'm also to the point we have to cancel one or the other then there is no turning back since the Disney room-only promotion is over and Dolphin is booked to capacity 4 of our nights.

I've asked this elsewhere also, but from those of you in similar situation that have stayed either place I'd be interested in your thoughts. I'm not usually so bad with decision making, but this one has me. $ is a factor, but so is the least stress possible...it is a vacation after all :) Thanks in advance.
Thanks for any input you might have!

I would go with bwv your have a better time get treated better and Disney will waive the coast for receiving the packages. To bAd bwi is more because that a great resort that why I think your be better at bwv.

I don't see what the problem is with using Magic Express and your luggage and chair? There is not a limit on the amount of luggage you can take either on the bus or have delivered to the room. If you need more luggage tags than provided, you can just request more.

You could also request a lift bus for Magic Express, then your daughter won't have to get out of her chair.

If transportation is the biggest thing from stopping you from staying at BWV, then I would not worry about using Magic Express. It is a great service!

I love staying at the Dolphin. I just took Mears from the airport and there was no limit to luggage. You can use the regular Disney transportation while you are staying at the Dolphin--the stop was actually less crowded than many others. I loved the convenience of the boats to DHS and Epcot. It is my favorite place to stay!

Magic express isn't the problem, it is finding alternate transportation to the Dolphin. Both ME and Mears can handle the luggage and chair, it was more I was seeing some of the car services who could not handle us. I think a lot is just the unknown of doing it different since we have some comfort level with ME having used them in the past.

Thanks for the input everyone!

I enjoyed using Mears to and from the airport. I just made arrangements when I made my reservations and then checked a few days before. I also had "meet and greet" service to help me get my luggage (since I was solo and in a chair.) The HC room at the Dolphin was nice and I could see fireworks at the MK from my room (in the distance, but it was still nice!)
