How best to get from BWV to hoopdeedoo dinner show?

Also thinking of renting a Boston whaler and read that it's better to rent one on then seven seas so how to get from BWV to grand Floridian of wherever the marina is for renting a boat?

TIA

The quickest way would be a cab but if you want to use Disney transporation, take a bus to MK, then the boat to FW or the monorail to GF.

Thats better than I was thinking. Sounds like boat renting on the seven seas and hoopdeedoo would both be in the same area. We wouldn't be running around to much if we did them both on the same day? Do the boat ride then explore the area while waiting for a 5:30 hoopdeedoo then over to DTD forthe evening. Were trying to plan for two non park days..

Sounds like a plan. You should be prepared to leave for FtW, from MK, by 4:30ish. I would take the boat. It will drop you off at the base of a path that leads right up to Pioneer Hall..about a 3 min walk. You can take the MK bus from BW, then either take the small boat to the GF or take the monorail over.

Walking over to DHS and taking the bus to FW is pretty fast also.

The Contemporary also has a marina, and they probably have the Whalers available as well. They're on Bay Lake, which is connected to the Seven Seas by the water bridge. Check with your resort's concierge desk to make sure they have them.

The Contemporary is just a 10 minute walk from the MK bus area, or one stop on the Resort Monorail. (The GF is 4 stops.) And there is a boat from the Contemporary directly to FtW, for the HDD.

More great ideas. Here's the new plan. Walk to DHS to get a bus directly to one of the resorts on seven seas. ( i read the ride to MK is long from BWV with multiple stops ) Explore and rent a Boston whaler for an hour. ( Think that's long enough to cruise the lake? ) After returning the boat, if it's still early, ride the monorail and explore more resorts. I'm guessing I have to get back to MK to take a bus or boat to hoopdeedoo? Hopefully a boat. Plan to get there ( HDDoo ) a little early to explore that area.... After the show it will probably be quicker to go back to DHS to get back to BWV. I just remembered when we left the late HDDoo show the gave bus rides directly to the resorts. Will they do that at the 5:30 show?
Want to make a day of this so we will start early. We will end up eating a CS lunch somewhere in this area. ( that's the next search )
Plan is starting to come together.
What am I missing.
Thanks for the help

The bus to FW will take you to the front of the resort, you will need to take another bus to reach Pioneer Hall. If you take the boat, it's just a short walk to Pioneer Hall.

Great, boat is is then.
The only boat would be from MK?

That is untrue. When we were there in September, the bus only served Boardwalk and we were in MK in no time. The only rough time we had with the buses was going to DTD on a Friday night.

Nope. According to joelkfla (who knows), there's also a boat from the Contemporary.

There aren't buses from HDD to the resorts following the 5:30 show. The Magic Kingdom would still be operating transportation service almost every night (even if the park is closed, it would have just closed by the time you exit the show), so you can just transfer there.

Yes you can take the bus from DHS to Contemporary/BLT and take the boat from there to FW.

That would be your ideal situation!!

Walk over to DHS, take a bus to the Contemporary. They have the BEST marina and the most choices.

Then simply take the small launch from the Contemporary to Fort Wilderness. (There will be a stop at Wilderness Lodge on the way).

Then after Hoop De Doo, if you want to go to DTD, then take a Yellow Outpost bus to the front entrance of Fort Wilderness, then take a DTD bus from the Outpost bus stop.
