BWV studio size, how big?

I keep seeing different info on the size of the studio. Disney site say's 412 sq ft and in books and on other sights I see them listed as being approx 359 sq ft. Anyone know?

The studios are not all the same size. I don't know what the correct "average" size is, but have found the studios to be comparable in size to a deluxe hotel room. That said, the sleep sofa and the kitchenette area in the studios make them seem larger to me.

Not sure either but to me they seemed to be a good size. It was enough space for myself my husband and 12 and 13 year old.
Then again we didn't spend much time in the room.

I think Disney is using the dedicated one, and the others are using the lock off.

although I think I would agree with Disney - they built it - if they don't know then we have BIG problems.

of course then the BWV studio would be bigger than OKW - well it isn't....
