Hello everyone!
I just got my BWV stay booked (thought the rent trade board)!!! YEAH!!!
Now I am wondering about your stays at the BWV.
What was your favorite thing to do?
What would you recommend for a trio of young 20 year olds?
Can you really see illumination?
Can you rent a boat to watch illumination or is it only though the breathless tour?
How is getting food with out a food court?
Any suggetsion on quick meals with the mini fridge? I am probably going to order food from we-go-shop but could use some ideas.

Can you show me some of you pictures from BWVs??
Can you give me any tips about staying at the BWVs studio?

Thank you all for ANY information you can provide me with??

Oh one more thing how do you get that counter in your signature?? :earseek: :earboy2:

First thing...go over to the tech board and you can get instructions there on adding a counter. Since you're in your 20's you probably won't have the same problems I did setting it up. My son still laughs at me. Anyway....
We loved BWV studios. Yes, from some rooms you can see part of IllumiNations. But only the higher up fireworks. I wouldn't substitute that for actually being in WS for the show. Yes, you can rent a boat for an IllumiNations Cruise. Be aware tho...they are hard to come by. Harder to get than Cinderella's Breakfast. Try to book one at the 90 day mark.

As far as food goes...you'll also have a toaster and a microwave. So, that gives you more options. We did a lot of breakfasts in our room. Bagel and cream cheese, toast. The Screen Door grocery store at BW has some good choices in frozen, microwavable foods. Expensive, yes but handy.

You can take a short walk past Swan/Dolphin and play some really fun mini-golf at Fantasia Gardens. That was a lot of fun. We loved just hanging out at BW and playing in the pool. Are you 21 yet? If so Atlantic Dance Club and Jellyrolls are great and right there at Boardwalk.

Allearsnet.com has some pretty good photos.

The studio's are quite amble, not small by any means, and they have balconies. You are within walking distance of Epcot, or you can take a boat to Epcot or MGM. There is an ESPN sports bar/restaurant on the BW as well as Big River Grille and Brewing Works, it is a working brewery/restaurant. Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dance Club are also on Boardwalk, over 21 required. There's also 2 other restaurants, a bakery and a sweet shoppe. There's BW games open in the evenings (expensive), a face painting booth, coffee stand, tarot card reader and hair wrapping booths - all open in the evenings. It's a great place to be after the parks close - I hope you have an awesome vacation! Wdwig.com will have pics of the resort area as well as the studios! Have fun planning.
