BWV Studio Refrigerator Questions??

We usually buy spring water in those 3 gal cube shaped containers that we use to fill thermos bottles for park use and we're wondering if they'll fit in the 'frige in studio rooms. Also, are there ice machines readily available at the BWV if we need to resort to a cooler. Thanks for any info offered.

yes there are ice machines, not sure on the 3 gal cube or not.

That 3 gallon cube will be a tight fit. The shelfs can come out, but I can't remember if the bottom of the fridge is flat or not.

I know I've called it a dorm fridge and been corrected before. It's the kind we had back in college though! It isn't the one that's about 2 feet square, it's the bigger version. It fits under the counter, so it must be about 4 feet tall, and it's probably about 30 inches across. I have seen similar fridges in stores. You might wander around a best buy and see if they have one just to check out the inside.

There is a picture of a VWL studio refrigerator on tagrel's website (photo #4 on his "VWL Studio" tour: http://www.tagrel.com/Tours/DVC/VWL/VWL_StudioTour.shtml I can't say for sure that the refrigerators in the BWV studios are the same size as those at VWL. Maybe someone else here knows if they are the same size.

It's an under counter size, little biger then counter size. If you don't want to put food in you could get your container in.
