BWV std 1 Bdrm??

Hi all, getting ready to put in request for our stay next week, search function isn't working What is the "best" room number to request std view 1 bdrm? I thought it was 2123. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Kim

That is the corner room over the pond. I think 2123 would be smoking, 3123 or 4123 would be non-smoking. These rooms were closed for outside renovations when I was there Dec 6 to 13, I'm not sure if they are done with that section yet. You may want to call and ask before you request it. We were in 4103 which had a great view of Illuminations, it was located across from the bus stop (non-smoking).

For what it's worth, I'd never consider requesting a specific room. The request can only be satisfied if the room is vacant on the day you check in, and the odds are against that. So then the room asssigner has a decision to make, and it may not be what you want.

I've found that the most effective requests are the simple ones; simply asking for an area ("South Point"), or a type of view ("water view"). When things get complicated you're liable to not get anything that you requested.

I know what you mean Jimbo, I've never made requests b4 other than smoking and was debating whether to request anything else, but now that trip is getting closeand its FREEZING here in Massachusetts, I wanted to do something to help me prepare I agree though, I hate to ask for something and then be disappointed although having never requested anything, I've always had great luck so far.
