I know about the long walks from the elevators, but where are the stairwells located?

Their main function are fire escapes so they are located in several spots on the floors. The ones I have used are the ends of the buildings, either near the pond or Jellyrolls. There is also one on the boardwalk view side near the corner with the Village Green, it's a quick exit down to the boat dock.

The one that comes out on the Village Green is a great secret.. only found it 1/2 way through our trip last time. Saved many trips to the elevators! Too bad the door locks behind you. I was all disoriented the first time I came out then was like "ohh cool.. this is GREAT!".

I've used the one that comes out near the Village green. We've also used others in the middles and ends of halls over the years. It's kind of cool to check out the closest ones on the first day of the trip.

My "favorite" stairwell is in the standard view/quiet pool view area. It lets you out right at the quiet pool, and the walkway to DHS is right there.

The lawn between the boardwalk and the lobby entrance. The surrey bike rental is right in front of it.

Another question....where is the laundry? We have requested a top floor near the quiet pool. Hmmm....let me guess, the laundry is a hike from there.

They are on the first floor, right around the corner from the elevator (near the Health Club).
