BWV Questions

I was wondering are there any 1 BRs in the Village Green area and what view is that considered? Also, I read in another thread that 5 ppl are allowed in a BWV 1 BR but the guest must supply bedding and an air mattress. Can anyone verify this? Thanks

DVC will allow 5 in all 1-bedrooms except for the Values in Jambo House at AKV. They will not provide a bed or linens for the fifth person in a room that has an occupancy of 4.

The Village Green area is considered preferred, pool/garden.

Village Green has no 1 bedrooms, only studios.

There is 1 one bedroom at the end next to the corner on each floor, it is considered boardwalk view (I got it once). As Jean said, the rest are studios and are considered pool/garden.
