3 questions. sorry in advance if they have been asked before


1. For the people who go in September do you know how full the studios might be? Reason for asking is we will be checking in early and I am curious to know how long the wait may be to get a room or rather how long they will have to hold our luggage. Will they put your luggage in the room when it's ready?

2. Do you know if they honor requests for rooms near the Designated Smoking Areas?

3. Are the resort smoking areas covered?

I tried to get a studio yesterday for Sept 6-8th, no luck eiher standard or preferred.

I have a studio thankfully. So it sounds as though they maybe full, and we won't be able to put our luggage in the room before we head out on the property.

If your room isn't ready (it could be, you never know), you can store your luggage with Bell Services. When you get into your room, you just call and they will bring your luggage up. (I'm sure they will expect a tip when they deliver).

I'm sure they will do the best they can to honor a request to be near the designated smoking areas. Sorry, I do not know if the smoking areas are covered or not.

We have always been lucky to the point that a room was available when we checked in usually around 11am. Although you never know you may have to wait unit after 4pm depends on how busy the resort is and if people vacate on time. Bell Services will hold all your belongings in a safe and secure area and will even refrigerate food items if needed. As stated just call when you do get to your room and they will bring everthing to you, but someone must be there to recieve bags, they will not just drop them in an empty room. As for requests of rooms they do the best they can and will accomadate you if a room is available. I to am wondering if the smoking areas are covered but we bad smokers have to rights: just burn in the sun and drown in the rain.
