We (DH & I) are staying in a BWV studio this September. Due to the fact that the bed size is a Queen and we are used to a King, the pull-out bed may have to be used. How are they comfort-wise? Will we need a mattress topper (like a memory foam one)?

If the sofa bed in the studio is the same as the one in the 1BR, it will be great - our 3 kids slept on one a couple of years ago and it was great - it was a memory foam mattress, and very comfortable. We even looked around for one to buy when we got home, with no luck.

Have fun - BWV is great!:thumbsup2

The sleeper sofa in the studio will be double sized and should be the type where the cushions stay attached and flip under the bed to help support the bed. That mattress is fairly comfortable.

Adult DS slept on the pull out in the 1 bedroom and it was very comfortable. It was the new type and did not have a metal bar in the middle of your back.
However the sleep sofa in the 1 bedroom is a queen and in the studio it is only a double.
Have a Great Trip

We were also very impressed with the sofa bed at the Boardwalk, it was very comfortable

This is great news...DD's will have to sleep on pull-out for the first 3 nights at BWV unless waitlist comes through (fingers crossed). They really don't care as long as they are at WDW
