BWV pool closed Oct 25/30

Recieved a letter in our BWV room this morning concerning the Luna Park pool being close Oct 25/30. The letter authorizes us to use stormalong bay. Oh no, Guess we have to suffer this hot weather at stormalong bay!

They must not have gotten to our room yet, no letter here. I'm not a huge fan of Storm a long bay though. I wonder if the hot tub will be open at BWV if the mail pool is closed?

not sure if the one by the main pool will be, but at least the hot tub at the quiet pool (and inn side pool) should be open.
we're not fans of SAB either....when they told us they had to move us to the BCVs during the BWV renovations, i asked if we could change the dates of our trip instead. took a while, but thankfully, they were able to keep us at the BWVs after all

I'm at BWV also, we got the letter when we returned this afternoon.

We also got a voice mail at 11:00pm last night. Must have been a sudden decision to leave a message that late.

I heard an employee at BW tonight talking about the pool closure. It's a problem with the filter, it's spewing mud. There's a possibility it might be a longer closure.

We were also there during the pool closure, but we heard from a lifeguard that it was a problem with the slide.

We enjoyed Stormalong Bay but found that the slide was a pain to use for our little ones. Bizarre how far you have to walk to go up the slide stairs. . . and the fact that you leave the pool area. . . and you have to cross the boardwalk! I saw many young children not supervised at all which was quite dangerous especially at night with the traffic and such. However, it is a very lovely pool area and we did enjoy it.
