BWV Point use question

Hi All - I am in the process of setting up our June 2007 BWV trip (our first trip home!!!) I had all but 37 points for the trip and have found someone willing to transfer (rent) 91 BWV points to my account. He is concerned that I won't be able to use these points until December because they are points with a Dec 2006 use year. Can someone confirm that I will be able immediately use these points to complete my June 2007 reservation?

FYI: Because of the 1 transfer per year rule I didn't try to find someone with a large block of points; I decided to go for a < 100 block of points so that I could use the remaining 54 points for a Dec 2007 Disneyland trip.

Use year has nothing to do with booking.

As long as the points will be avail at time of stay thats all that matters.

You can ask MS when they are transfering the points in to verify this.
