BWV parking and construction forced to pay for Valet??

I just heard that DVC is advising that during construction parking maybe limited at Boardwalk and it is possible that only Valet parking will be available?

How bad is the parking situation now?

Is it in any way fair that I may have to pay for Valet Parking ?

Is this the same for guests paying cash and staying at BWI?

I miss the free valet parking perk we used to have but do not mind parking myself even though it can be a long walk.

I hope not, we have reservations at the end of April and will be driving

They've been saying that since they started the renovations. I've had 2, maybe 3 stays there during that time and it's never come close to being an issue.

BWV itself is built to be at 100% occupancy. And with BW being a convention center I don't think there's much difference there during the year. If anything I'd expect Food and Wine and Christmas to be the top and Easter to fall below that. I don't think there will be any issue for you.

I would think that the default would be to give complementary valet parking of self parking was not available

But I know that they are now a sub contractor etc .
