BWV New Inventory?

In reading some posts, it appears that there is some points available for BW? Is this only for existing members? Also what's the price and are there any incentives?

It is not new inventory but old inventory recirculated. BWV points can become available as a result of Disney exercising a right of first refusal on a sale or as a result of a foreclosure. Sometimes there will be some available, sometimes not and what is available may or may not be in your use year. Most of this is sold to existing members (and there can be wait lists). Price is whatever Disney has set as its usual new sale price. Someone else may be able to answer if any incentives currently apply.

There have been BWV pts available recently because they are moving the DVC sales offices out of there and this created more inventory.

You can buy into BWV as a new member if there is inventory available.

If this is what you want to do I would encourage you to call a guide today and see what is available. I thought I read on these boards a few days ago that there are still a few use years left for BWV.

When I spoke to a guide on Monday, she said as of Monday there were 1300 points available. I am sure this has already changed by today.
