BWV laundry room

is the laundry room at BWV busy? what would be a good time to throw a load in? early morning or late night?

The few timees we've used it, there wasn't anyone else there.

We were at BWV over New Years. DH is typically an early morning person -- is usually up around 6:00. He would go do the laundry for us. There was never anyone in there. Even the one time that he did a quick load in the middle of the afternoon while we were in the pool (yes! the temps were that good!) he said he had the room to himself. He took a book and read peacefully. (He needs a little quiet time, so it was great for him.)

It's been hit or miss for us. At times it's been real busy and other times not bad. IMHO it is the worst laundry room of all DVC's. I own there and love the resort but for laundry I just don't favor it. At least there are 3 washers compared to VWL only has 2. The machines are kept dirty, they are old, sometimes on the blink, and if you are in the last room it's a LONG walk. And 2 weeks ago it had a resident lizard in one of the dryers.

When we were there in March I put a load on when we went to the pool about 2:00 and it was empty.

Yes, it is near Luna Park. It's located inside near Muscles & Bustles. I do not sit with my laundry unless I've just come back in and it's almost done. We generally go during off-season times too so I've never waited for a machine. I haven't had to use their laundry facilities too many times but it's never been a problem when I have.

It's on the first floor near the Health Club and the elevators. When you get off the elevators, take a right and then another right. You'll see the sign on the door - it's very close to the elevators.

I didn't wait with my laundry either. I went by the pool and waited about 30 minutes to change everything out.
