BWV laundry question

the ammenities description under bwv says both a 24 laundry room and "stacked washer and dryer" (in room). Can someone clear this up for me? Who has the in room wash and who has to use the laundry room? thank you!

One and two bedroom units have the stacked washer and dryer. Studio dwellers need to use the laundry room.
