BWV In Room Dinig on DDP?

Has anyone ever used the DDP for room service? We enjoyed the DP on our last trip but definately felt like we were kept to a tight schedule due to our ADR's. We are considering only doing it for a few days this next trip, but we were thinking that it would be nice to kick back in the room on a non-park day and have a meal in our room. With the appetizer, entree and dessert, DH and I could probably get by sharing a meal for room service. Is this allowed, as long as we were only ordering one of each? That way we would still only be using (2) TS credits, the same as we would going out to eat.

If anyone can share their experiences, I would really appreciate it.

It may not be the best value, but it would cut down on some of the running around. We are looking forward to a much more relaxed trip this time around.

I do not believe Room service is included in DDP. I am sure someone who knows the rules well will post.

To cut down on the running, why not book a Signature experience. 2 TS for one meal. At least you will have a really nice dinner and then the night of Room service just pay out of pocket or go grab some Counter Service to bring back to the room. Don't know where you are staying so don't know which Restr. would be a good choice for you. I hear Artist Pointe, Citricos and Jiko are really great signature. Or treat yourself to the Poly Luau or Hoop Dee Doo Review! I would love to do one of these and convince hubby to get take out from the resort or sit by the pool and get take out. But he WANTS to go to a nice dinner every night.

Room service is now available on the ddp, but don't think it's a good choice for a 2TS credit. There are plenty of signature places to try.
