BWV GV availability at 7 months (very flexible)??

I'm interested in sending my family (4 siblings and their spouses) to Disney. It has been a rough couple months for our family and this might be a great thing for them. They are older and retired so would be able to go at any time. Since I have young children and can only go during busy times, I will just send them.

I think it would be very cool to reserve for them a BWV GV. Espically since DSis is in a wheelchair (plus other issues) and that would keep her in the action of Disney and the family. However I own at BCV and would have to do it at 7 months out. Does anyone have a feel if it is possible to reserve one and what time of year would be the easiest?

Easiest would be September (avoid Labor Day week), May, January and first two weeks of February.
