BWV Grand Villa @ 11 Months?

Hi all!

Has anyone had luck with 3 BR Grand Villas at BWV, 11 mos. out? We've banked our points (and will be borrowing a little less than half) to try and make it happen for November 2021. We've only ever tried for 2BRs/Studios, and I usually take whatever view I can get.

I'm willing to try and walk, but would rather not. Just hoping our family will be able to snag one and have something to look forward to.

November includes dates -- Thurs to Sun of Wine & Dine Race weekend, last weekend of Food & Wine, and Thanksgiving week-- when there is some risk that the GVs may disappear right at. 8 a.m. 11 months out or even before, but other times are usually safe for at least an hour past 8 a.m..

We just canceled our October trip and rebooked at 7-month mark for March 2021 at BWV...Good luck!

Right. I was hoping to push my family into early December (which is still busy/iffy), but I'll keep tracking early on and see what's happening for bookings starting in the Fall. Thanks!

Early December might be harder to book. I'd grab the November dates if you can get them and then switch to December if they're available.

I'd have a back up plan either way. There are a lot of extra/banked points out there and I wonder if people will make use of their extra points by booking larger accommodations than they usually do over the next year+.

The Saturday right after Thanksgiving and before December 1 is usually a good time to find the GV open at 11-months out with the ability to walk it into the first week of Dec.

November also takes in Jersey week (teachers convention = days off from school for kiddos = family trips to WDW). Good luck with your booking. I have had luck booking at 11 months out, hopefully you will too. I know what it's like to plan a family trip and trying to get the accommodations you want, lots of pressure.
