I have heard that the corner units at the BWV are larger. Staying in a 1BR, standard view. Can we request a corner, or do we need an actual room # to request? Has anyone stayed in a corner unit? Is it worth asking for?
thanks!

We have stayed in a corner 1 bdr once. It had an extra window in the living room but was the same size. It had a great view of the canal to MGM and was one of my favorite views. There are, however, some rooms at the end of the building you can see as you drive in and I do believe I have read those are larger or at least a little different configuration?

Although the odds are not good that you will get them, I would list the room numbers because "far from elevator" could leave you at the end of the hall in a regular room. The time I got 3123, I had requested "across from the bus stop" and just got it by luck. I requested it the next time and ended up down on the end near Jellyrolls.

By the way, 2123 is a smoking room.

I think we were in this same room on our last trip in August! :wave2: We did not request it, just happened to end up there. And yes, I would agree that the room was the same size - but with just an extra window on the wall that has the TV. The view was beautiful! :thumbsup2 We could see the canal, Swan/Dolphin, and ToT in the distance! :smickey:

Here is a pic from our view!

I had requested a dedicated 1 bedroom and got 3121, with an extra long balcony from bedroom to living room and a view of high Epcot fireworks. Plus it's Standard for points!

kellyf2626 - Thanks for the great pics! That was our view and we loved it.
