BWV Community Hall?

I admit it -- I know squat diddly about my own home!

Tell me more about community hall -- I read in another post about "free" stuff in there -- like videos, pingpong, video games, etc. Is it really free to DVC members? I "assumed" there would be a rental fee for anything like that, perhaps discounted or something, but still a fee.... What is there? Is the Hall at OKW also free? We have stayed at OKW several times, but never used the Hall (just never time, and my kids were very small then...) Now that we vacation for longer stretches (and with older kids), this would be of great interest to me! We plan to go to BWV next summer and this would be good info to have!

It is a great place for the kids ! Your DVC membership entitles you to free video rentals (Disney movies of course) They have computers for the kids to use. There are pool noodles you can use and have free arcade games available. They have several ninetendo stations to play on.
On certain days they have activities for the kids like making tee - shirts and other neat things. Theres bike rentals available. My 3 children won a free fishing trip our last trip with a Disney Guide. The lagoons are well stocked, they were catching fish as fast as they could bait their hooks (never new hot dogs were such a good tackle . Kids had a great time.

They always look forward to the Community Hall. Don't know about OKW! Sorry!

Our kids love Community Hall at BWV too. They always want to swim at the quiet pool now so they have easy access to the Hall. We use it when we are at the pool. That way we can have occasional family ping pong or Hockey tournaments.

Some things like fishing trips and bikes cost money-less for DVC members, but Foosball, ping-pong and three Nintendo/Playstation set ups are free as are the VHS borrowing (usually for just one night-Disney films including some more adult titles from touchstone/miramax etc...not the widest selection in the world, but hey its free!
