BWV combining a 1BR and Studio

I currently have a reservation for a 1BR garden view at BWV. If my waitlist for a garden studio comes through will MS combine the rooms to make a 2br so the whole family can be together?

BWV has many dedicated studios & 1 bedrooms, which cannot be combined (no door). The lockoffs (with connecting door) are reserved as 2 bedrooms first. I would waitlist for a 2 bedroom.
