In a quandry over what, if any, requests one makes when reserving a std view BWV 2br.

Is there anything to "avoid"? To "request"? Will be with family, including small infant, lotsa kids... so long as we have a stroller, I don't think long walks will be a problem, but how long are we talking about? Any one std view area better than another?

THanks!

Honestly, no. The first time I stayed in a standard view, I requested upper floor because I heard there was a better view of illuminations. I got first floor and still had a great view. It was super convenient to just be on the level of the boardwalk and not have to take any elevators. Ditto for the second floor, you're on the level of the lobby. Upper floors do have slightly better views. Closer to the elevator, you're obviously more convenient. As you get further from the elevator, your view of illuminations gets better. It's basically a no lose situation, I've never found a bad room there. I don't even make requests anymore besides non-smoking. The room is always fabulous for one reason or another.

Is there a thread or file somewhere that shows the room locations? Logistically I can't seem to make sense of it all -- what wing has what view, etc. I know one for BCV circulated recently.

I don't intend to ask for a specific room # in my request, but I would like to figure out in my head just where all these rooms are at BWV and roughly what their proximities are to the things our familiy would utilize most.

Once again I agree with Lisa.

We have has std close to elivators, all the way at the end, high, low, and in between.

I liked them all.

I was at WDW in BWV I was happy. We OK once I got a smoking room and that wasn't going to work with DS allergies but they got me swapped out no sweat.
