Bw view is a specific category that you can book. It is the same amount of points as preferred view. If you book this category you will have a BW view.

Considering the BW view rooms are really only in one area, I haven't found much of a need to make room requests. Some rooms can be pretty far from the lobby, but I tend to think they have slightly better views. The only ones I don't think I'd care for are on the 1st floor, next to the sales center/preview.
