BWV Bell Services Cast Members

Have you been to BWV recently? There was an extremely helpful Bell Services long time Cast Member by the name of Al who is originally from Morocco. That would be so sad if he was no longer working there.

We were there in September and it seemed that bells service had a skeleton crew. No one with that description helped us with our luggage.

Unfortunately, Al was furloughed - there were others with more seniority. We are at the BWV now, & I plan on texting him when I get home (I wasn't sure if the phone # I have for him was his personal or Disney issued). Al really is a fantastic person, & we miss him dearly ❤

Thank you for this information. We will be there next week and had hoped to see Al, he was one of our favorite cast members. We were hoping he had enough seniority. My husband’s favorite barber at MK retired a few years ago. Then there was Bryan the BWV magician who was let go and I understand he passed away. This is very sad news. If you are able to reach Al, let him know his “fans” will miss him.
