BWV availability in August?

I'm paying cash for a BWV studio the first week of August (August 1-7). I really want a 1-bedroom, but there are none available for cash guests. What are the odds that one will become available between now and August? There were 1-bedrooms at OKW and SSR, but I really want BWV. Thoughts/suggestions?

I plan on purchasing DVC in the fall/winter (I plan on having enough cash by then to pay cash), but I don't know if I can make it through my August trip without purchasing.

My ressies request for BWV for August crashed and burned!!! They are booked.. but anything is possible. We are going to try SSR where there is availability.

I booked at BWV two days ago (studio), but my stay begins 7/30. Are your dates flexible? I know you want a 1-bedroom, not a studio, but maybe if you are able to change the dates within a day or two? My guide said there was availability at WLV during August, as well as plenty of room at SS.

I do have a studio booked, but want to upgrade to a 1-bedroom. Currently, all that is available at BWV is a studio. Any chance a 1-bedroom will open up?
