BWV at 7 Months

Your opinions please - do you think I would be able to get 3 Studios at BWV for the first week of May 2018 at 7 months? Thanks loads. Just don't want to get our expectations up, if it isn't likely to occur.

I don't have the exact data, but I would say your chances for a Preferred Water & Garden View are pretty good. Much more difficult for the Preferred Boardwalk View or Standard View at 7 months, but if you are the first week of May you would hopefully not be competing against graduation trips and "just out of school" trips. I never have expectations of getting anything at 7 months but have had a lot of success over the years at various resorts. I'm hoping your week in question is not a very busy one for DVC guests.

History suggests it is unlikely. Standard and Boardwalk view are extremely unlikely; Garden/Pool typically will have some gaps in availability for early May at 7 months. Booking 3 rooms also is a challenge much of the time, because of how booking is done.

Pool/garden view but not standard or boardwalk view studios have been open for early May at 7 months out for last several years, but trying to get three makes it unpredictable.

I think three may throw a wrench in it, but I was able to book two at 7 mos for May 16th - 22nd this year. I then changed it to a two bedroom because I had points left from our canceled HH trip last year (hurricane). Can you be flexible ? Maybe one studio and one 1 bedroom, that may help.

If you are willing to rent someone's BWV points then rent out your points you may be able to get a boardwalk view or standard room.
