The floorplan for the BWV 3BDRMs seems to have two sitting areas (kind of like a living room and a family room) and therefore a lot more seating than the SSR or OKW 3BDRMs.

Has anyone stayed in them? Is this accurate?

Someone (I can't figure out where I saw this) mentioned that some BWV 3BDRMs are actually on 2 levels and that those floorplans are more like the SSR and OKW layouts. Is this true? Does the living room space change when the bedrooms move upstairs?

I'm trying to organize a family reunion for 2008 and want to be sure that I provide people with the right information about the possibilities, so any information will be helpful--Thanks!

Reminder, there are only 6 GV at BWV. Many more at OKW and SSR. You'll need BWV points to get the GV at BW.

Thanks for the reminder. I did know that there were more GVs at OKW and SSR (although my understanding was that I would need OKW points to get their GVs too). The need for local points is part of why I am trying to plan so early.

If anyone knows about the layout differences, I would still appreciate information. Thanks!

BWV does have two different floorplans for the GVs. One has the same basic layout as OKW, HH and SSR the other is all on one floor. (The VB Beach Cottages have their own unique floorplan with bedrooms on the first floor and living room/kitchen and large deck on the upper floor with spectacular ocean views.)

While I think the square footage is similar in all types of 3BR villas, the single floor style may have a bigger feel to it. I'm not sure you can guarantee the floor plan in advance however but a request could certainly be made for either type.

Good luck!

I have stayed in the two story GV and been in a 1 story. We prefer the 1 story. It actually has more room. There is a double sized living room. The dining room and table are the same. There is also a big laudry room, and the kitchen is slightly bigger. The balcony area is much bigger, as well. In the 2 story the basic washer/dryer stackables are located upstairs. There is no closet off the entry area. The kitchen is smaller and there was no balcony off the master bedroom. It is still very nice but if I had a choice it would be the 1 story hands down. We asked for a top floor GV and both the 2 story villas are next door to each other on the top floor. In fact the upstairs bedrooms are on what would be the 6th floor is there were one. You can see them from the water as they are on the top floor behind the white pillars underneath the Boardwalk sign.

Not a problem. Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a great stay.
