BWV 1BR - chances?

Hey gang,

Hubby and I finally narrowed our next trip down as a BLT/BWV (we hope!) split stay... do you think we will be able to be a 1BR end of Aug/Beg Sept for 3 or 4 nights? Of course we'd love a preferred view of the Boardwalk itself but it isn't essential.

Usually chance for preferred pool/garden view when doing late and not a high demand season such as time you mention but unlikely for boardwalk view, buy never know until you try.
