BWV 100 points Feb Use Year. 100 Banked Points pluse 100 points from 2011 Allocation. We payed closing. $70 per point.

We have 200 points are are already looking at going the first week of May!

So when you "closed," does that mean that the new deed is officially recorded in Florida? How soon after it closed do the points show up in your account on dvcmember.com? I have a deed that was sent to recording on 3/31 and I am wondering when it might be recorded and then when my points will be mine .

We are at BWV right now and are loving it!!!

Walk to Epcot, short boat ride to DHS and an easy bus ride to MK and DTD!!! There is so much going on here if you want it or a quiet trip if you want that. DW has made BWV her favorite resort and she has been an AKL fan for a while! We would like to add on here soon, but we are patient!

We purchased our DVC through the Timeshare store. It went very smooth. We closed on the 4th and are waiting to use our points. I checked yesterday and we were not in Disney's system yes so I'll be checking daily. We want to go to WDW the first week of May so want to get it booked ASAP. From what we've been told we should be in the system by the end of this week. Getting a loaded contract has really openned up some options. Both my wife and I have been pretty stressed out at work so were looking to get away and our friends asked if we wanted to go to WDW with them. We were not planning to go until Oct but with a loaded contract we can go both times! If we can get in the system in time we are OFF!

We also have 100 BWV points with a February Use Year. Wow! Prices are better than a few years ago. We paid $84 pt. for ours and it wasn't loaded.

You will love having 100 Boardwalk points. Hubby and I usually stay in studios and average 3 trips every 2 years or about every 8-10 months.
